Good to know in the Keys
Sand, salt water and wet feet come inside here. Floors in a Keys house take more punishment than most, so waterproof flooring earns its keep.
Humidity matters too. Rooms that stay damp are hard on grout and edges, which is why the prep and the finishing details get as much of our time as the tile.
If a floor has gone soft, or a wall behind the shower is damaged, send photos first. We'll tell you what we can take on and what needs somebody else.

Can you do a full bathroom remodel?
We take on tile, floors, walls and the finishing details. Anything beyond that, we'll say so up front when you send photos.
Do I need to pick the tile first?
It helps. If you've picked it, send the name or a photo. If you haven't, tell us what feel you're after.
Can you repair a few cracked tiles?
Yes, tile repair is on our list. Send a close-up and a wide shot, plus spare tile if you have it.
Which floors stand up to the Keys?
We install waterproof laminate. Tell us about the room and who uses it, and we'll tell you what we think.
