Good to know in the Keys
Sun and salt air wear on exterior paint. It fades, chalks and lifts, and humidity grows mildew on top. Paint only lasts if what's underneath is clean and sound first.
That's why we sand, patch and prep before a single coat goes on. The same goes for cabinets: a good finish starts with taking the old one back properly.
Concrete floors can be painted too. Send a photo of the floor and any stains or cracks.

Can you do my kitchen cabinets?
Cabinet sanding and refinishing is on our list. Send photos of the doors, drawers and any damage.
Who picks the color?
You do. Send a swatch name or a photo of what you like. If you're stuck, we'll talk it through.
Do you move my furniture?
Tell us what's in the room when you send photos. We'll agree beforehand what needs moving.
