Humidity grows things

Green film creeps across pavers, driveways, pool decks and the north side of the house. It looks like dirt, but it is growing, and it makes walking surfaces slick. Washing it off brings the color back.

Strong sun fades and chalks paint, and salt air is rough on exteriors, railings and trim. A good prep and a fresh coat is what keeps a surface from peeling and keeps the place looking cared for.
