Humidity grows a green film on pavers, stucco, walls and fences. It looks like dirt but it's mildew and algae, and it comes back where it's damp and shaded.
That film is slick when it's wet. Pavers, steps and pool decks are where it matters most, so tell us if a spot has turned slippery.
Pavers and concrete near a canal or the water get hit by salt as well. Tell us what the surface is made of, because wood, pavers and painted stucco don't all want the same treatment.
If you're on the water, say so up front. We'll plan around your plants and the water's edge.

Will it take the oil stains out?
Often it helps a lot, but it depends how old the stain is and what it soaked into. Send a close-up and we'll tell you straight.
Do I need to be home?
Not always. We'll agree how to get in and where the water and power can be reached before the day.
